Scheduling

Our doctors are available to see patients Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We make every effort to accommodate emergency patients the same day, whenever possible.

To schedule your appointment or if you have any questions, please call our office at (214) 522-9700.

Your First Visit

Your initial appointment will include a thorough examination and consultation, during which we will discuss your diagnosis and review treatment options in detail. In certain situations—such as emergencies or minor procedures like a biopsy or frenectomy—treatment may be provided on the same day. However, most cases require a comprehensive evaluation and presenting a treatment plan to be scheduled at a later date, to ensure we provide the best possible care.

Before your visit, our team will work with your general dentist, or other specialists involved in your care, to obtain any referral information and existing radiographs. In some cases, we may need to take additional radiographs to complete your evaluation and provide the most accurate and comprehensive treatment plan.

To help us make the most of your consultation, you will receive new patient paperwork in advance. Please complete these forms prior to your appointment or arrive 15 minutes early to complete the forms in our office. If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card or forms with you. We also ask that you provide a current list of medications and the names of your physicians.

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation.

If you have a medical condition that may affect your care—such as artificial heart valves or joints, or a need for antibiotic premedication—please notify our office prior to your appointment.

Insurance Information

Our insurance coordinators are experienced in working with many dental insurance plans, and we are happy to file claims on your behalf. We will do our best to provide you with an estimate of your insurance benefits in advance, as long as we have your plan information prior to treatment. Please note that many insurance companies will not release exact benefit details until after a procedure has been completed, and most plans cover only a portion of the cost of periodontal care.
